- 1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 lb. cooked skinless turkey breasts, cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 apple, cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 1/3 c. dried apricots, sliced
- 1/4 c. toasted coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions

- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, thyme, lemon juice, and lemon peel until smooth. Add the turkey, celery, apple, and raisins. Toss gently to coat.
- Step 2Sprinkle with the walnuts.
