Chicken Cordon Bleu Burgers – Rachael Ray
Ingredients:
- 8 leaves leaves lettuce
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 2 teaspoons garlic steak seasoning (Montreal Steak Seasoning) or salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tomato , vine ripe, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon , 4 sprigs chopped
- 1 shallot , finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil or olive oil , plus more for drizzling
- 4 kaiser rolls or English muffins , sour dough, split and toasted
