Lamb and mint burgers
Ingredients:
- 400 g pack Sainsbury's SO organic lamb mince
- Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin by Sainsbury's
- ½ teaspoon crushed chillies by Sainsbury's
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 100 g be good to yourself Greek salad cheese, crumbled
- ½ x 28g pack fresh mint, leaves washed, picked and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil by Sainsbury's
- 1 cucumber by Sainsbury's, washed and sliced
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds by Sainsbury's, ground in a pestle and mortar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds by Sainsbury's, ground in a pestle and mortar
- 110 g Fairtrade caster sugar by Sainsbury's
- 110 ml white wine vinegar
- 4 ciabatta rolls or soft rolls, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons bbq sauce by Sainsbury's
