Lentil Hummus Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprouted lentils, soaked for 30 minutes (this is the brand we use)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp beet hummus (find recipe here) or you can use any hummus of your liking
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp yacon syrup (optional)
