- 1/2 cup bottled clam juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 6 cloves of peeled garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 doz mussels
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced Spanish onion
- 1 cup white wine
