Ingredients:

• 1 (6 ounce) package thinly sliced cooked beef
• 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
• 1/4 cup finely chopped celery , plus
• 1 (6 ounce) package thinly sliced cooked turkey
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese , softened and divided
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 (6 ounce) jar pimento stuffed olives, drained and finely chopped
• 1/4 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
• 1 (6 ounce) package thinly sliced cooked ham
• 12 flour tortillas , divided (10 inches)
