Raw, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Creamy Broccoli Cheeze Jalapeno Soup
- 2 cups (about one head) raw broccoli florets
- 3 green jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder (or to taste, start with less!)
- ½ teaspoon pink salt or to taste
- 2 cups water, as needed
- Blend in Vitamix or other high-power blender until totally creamy, as pictured. Adjust water and seasonings as desired to achieve your preferred thickness and flavor.
