- ½cup cooked lentils
- ⅓cup cooked microwavable brown rice
- ½cup canned or ready-to-eat steamed beets, chopped
- 1 pouch (5 oz) Bumble Bee Premium Wild Pink Salmon
- 2tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2teaspoons olive oil
- ¼teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

Top spinach with lentils, brown rice, beets, salmon. In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce; drizzle over salad.
