  • 2cups baby spinach
  • ½cup cooked lentils
  • cup cooked microwavable brown rice
  • ½cup canned or ready-to-eat steamed beets, chopped
  • 1 pouch (5 oz) Bumble Bee Premium Wild Pink Salmon
  • 2tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  1. Top spinach with lentils, brown rice, beets, salmon. In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce; drizzle over salad.
