Slow Cooker Black Bean Burritos
Ingredients:
- * 2 15-ounce can of diced tomato
- * 2 15-ounce can of black bean, rinsed
- * 1 cup dry brown rice
- * 1 cup of frozen corn
- * 2 cup of water broth or vegetable broth
- * 1/4 cup of salsa
- * 1 sweet pepper, chopped (any color)
- * 1 medium onion, chopped
- * 1 packet of taco seasoning
- * 3 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
