Super Brain Salmon Burger
Ingredients:
2 large Wild-Alaskan salmon fillets 1/2 cup red onion, chopped finely 1/2 cup fresh organic cilantro, chopped 1/2 cup fresh organic parsley, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 organic eggs 4 tbsp. chia seeds or sprouted chia and flax seeds
Instructions: Step #1: Peel off the scales of the salmon. Step #2: Ground up the fillets in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Step #3: Form into patties and cook in coconut oil.
