Vegan Veggie Burgers
Ingredients:
- * 1 1/2 cup cooked amaranth (1 1/2 cup water simmered with
- 1/2 cup amaranth for 25 min)
- * 3 ounce baby bella mushroom (chopped finely)
- * 1 cup spinach (2 big handful) (chopped finely)
- * 1 carrot (shredded)
- * 1/2 cup oat flour
- * 1/4 cup ground flax
- * salt and pepper (to taste)
This is another elegant extension.
